This was also our regularly scheduled Mendocino Business and Government Leaders Discussion. With the reopening looming we decided to meet only on the Third Thursday. We discussed the confusion around masking mandates and what is to come. I will do my best to share the information on my Mo4Mendo page on Facebook as that is the easiest to update. Please make sure you are following it. https://www.facebook.com/mo4mendo/
In the afternoon I attended the City of Ukiah Local Road Safety Plan Meeting. MCOG has contracted to create a County wide road analysis to identify safety challenges. You can visit their website and plug in where your concerns are located. https://www.mendocinosaferoads.com/

From the jail to a Cannabis Farm Tour. I went to a farm in Potter Valley that uses Mixed Light to check out their hoop houses and greenhouses. Still plenty to learn when it comes to the “Mixed Light” piece of the Mendo Cannabis Industry.
Supervisor McGourty and I met with Senator McGuire for coffee in the afternoon to talk about our first six months on the job.
Friday night was the Ukiah High Prom. That’s not Supervisor related but I’m so happy they got to have a prom even with a slight sprinkle. They had a great time.
Saturday:
Saturday morning my youngest daughter Andie and I went to the community trash clean up at Building Bridges. This is where the community and shelter guests can work together to keep the neighborhood clean on the Second Saturdays. I hope you’ll join in next time. We start at 9am
